Bowtell Farm Shop only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale to the exclusion of any condition of the buyer.
Payment
Not withstanding delivery, the risk of the goods and the property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full prior to dispatch.
Prices
Prices of goods and services supplied as of this date are correct but subject to market fluctuation and revision.
